Job Title: Shift Supervisor at Morrison Healthcare

Location: Inova Fairfax Medical Campus - 3300 Gallows Road, Falls Church, VA 22042 Note: online applications accepted only

Schedule: Full-time, days may vary (7:00 am - 3:00 pm). Must be able to work every other weekend. More details upon interview.

Requirements: 1 year of management experience required.

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Sign-on Bonus: $750, paid out in two installments: half at 90 days and the remaining at 180 days!

Responsibilities:

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift.
• Ensure that job expectations are met while maintaining policies and procedures.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate employee performance, reward high performers, and address performance issues.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management.
• Act as the contact for employee complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees, encouraging goal setting and advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
