We are hiring immediately for a full-time SHIFT SUPERVISOR position.

Job Summary

Summary: Lead associates during a shift, ensure job expectations are met, and maintain policy and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide training and create work schedules.
  • Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and discipline when necessary.
  • Prepare reports on production or sales for management, ensuring quality, productivity, and safety standards.
  • Serve as the point of contact for employee complaints or requests for time off.
  • Mentor and develop employees, encourage goal setting and advancement.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
