We are hiring immediately for a full-time SHIFT SUPERVISOR position.

Job Summary

Summary: Direct activities of associates during a shift, ensuring job expectations are met while maintaining policies and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and discipline underperformers.
• Prepare reports and ensure quality, safety, and productivity standards.
• Handle employee complaints and requests for time off.
• Mentor and encourage employee development and advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
