We are hiring immediately for a full-time SHIFT SUPERVISOR position.

Location: All Saints - 3801 Spring Street, Mount Pleasant, WI 53405. Note: includes occasional weekends; more details upon interview.

Requirements: Previous cash handling experience is required; some management experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities include:

• Training staff and creating schedules.
• Evaluating performance, rewarding, and disciplining employees.
• Preparing reports on production, sales, quality, and safety.
• Handling employee complaints and requests.
• Mentoring and developing employees.
• Performing additional duties as assigned.
