Job summary

SSC Services for Education in Erlanger, KY is seeking a full-time Shift Supervisor to direct custodial staff during a 4:00 pm to 12:30 am shift within the Erlanger ISD Custodial program. Responsibilities include supervising, scheduling, and training to ensure policy and safety standards are met.

The role requires prior custodial, floor care, and leadership experience. Pay ranges from $18.50 to $18.75 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities, plus same-day pay.

• Prepare production or facilities reports for management and ensure quality, productivity and safety targets are met.
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or time-off requests.
• Mentor employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• We are hiring immediately for a full time SHIFT SUPERVISOR position.

• Location : Erlanger ISD Custodial - 500 Graves Avenue, Erlanger, KY 41018. (Openings at other locations within school district available) Note: online applications accepted only .

• Schedule : Full time schedule; Monday through Friday, 4:00 pm to 12:30 am. More details upon interview. (Full and Part Time with the flexibility to meet most scheduling needs)

• Requirement : Prior custodial, floor care, and leadership experience is required.

• Pay Range: $18.50 per hour to $18.75 per hour.
