SSC Services For Education in Erlanger, KY is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor for the Custodial department. You will direct associates on a single shift, oversee that job expectations are met, and ensure compliance with policy and safety standards.

• We are hiring immediately for a full time SHIFT SUPERVISOR position.
• Location: Erlanger ISD Custodial - 500 Graves Avenue, Erlanger, KY 41018. (Openings at other locations within school district available) Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full time schedule; Monday through Friday, 4:00 pm to 12:30 am. More details upon interview. (Full and Part Time with the flexibility to meet most scheduling needs)
• Requirement: Prior custodial, floor care, and leadership experience is required.
• Pay Range: $18.50 per hour to $18.75 per hour.

• Responsible for providing training and creating work schedules.
• Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure their unit meets the expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
