• We are hiring immediately for a full-time SHIFT SUPERVISOR position.
• Location: Abbott Columbus - 2900 Easton Square Place, Columbus, OH 43219. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm; more details upon interview.
• Requirement: Previous food service experience is preferred but not required.
• Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available
• Pay Range: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour

Job Summary

Direct activities of associates during a shift, oversee completion of job expectations, and ensure policy and procedure adherence.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and discipline underperformers.
• Prepare reports for management, ensure quality, productivity, and safety standards are met.
• Serve as contact for employee complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees, encourage goal setting and advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
