The role requires prior supervisory experience; duties include training staff, creating schedules, supervising performance, generating reports, handling time-off requests, mentoring through advancement, and performing additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Direct supervision of associates during a shift.
• Ability to train staff and create work schedules.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and ensure completion of assigned tasks in line with policies.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers and discipline when needed.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure quality, productivity and safety.
• Serve as the point of contact for employee questions or time-off requests.
• Mentor and develop employees to encourage advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
