Bon Appétit Management Company is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor for the University of Alabama Athletics in Tuscaloosa, AL, at 1091 Coliseum Drive. Online applications are accepted only. Schedule is full time with days and hours that may vary, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift.
• Train and create work schedules for teammates.
• Evaluate performance and reward high performers.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management ensuring quality, productivity and safety.
• Serve as the contact person for employee questions or time-off requests.
• Mentor employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
