Job summary

Guernsey Sonic in Hamilton, OH is seeking a team-oriented supervisor to perform, lead, and supervise various restaurant station duties, ensuring quality products and service for guests.

You will train new hires, enforce policies, lead shift meetings, handle customer and employee issues with the MOD, and assist in inventory and sanitation tasks. Regular attendance, physical endurance to lift up to 50 pounds, and flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform, lead, and supervise station duties to meet operational standards.
• Assist with new employee orientation and training.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures and operational standards.
• Perform, lead, and supervise regular cleaning and sanitation duties.
• Lead shift meetings; report complaints to MOD; move and stock food up to 50 pounds.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
