Job summary

SSP America seeks a Shift Supervisor at the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport to lead daily operations, greet guests, and ensure SSP standards. You will manage shifts, coach team members, and help drive service excellence in a fast-paced travel retail environment.

The role emphasizes supervising opening/closing tasks, maintaining procedures, and delivering business goals through leadership and guest focus.

Qualifications

• Experience in food-service leadership or supervisory role.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead shifts and train staff.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Run shifts according to SSP standards and operating procedures.
• Train new hires on operational standards and processes.
• Complete opening, on-going, and closing checklists as required.
• Provide support, coaching and direction to team to deliver business goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
