Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure completion of assigned tasks in accordance with policy and procedures.
• Train staff and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and discipline underperformers.
• Prepare production or sales reports and ensure quality, productivity and safety.
• Act as the contact person for employee complaints or time-off requests.
• Mentor and develop employees; encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
