Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and ensure that assigned tasks meet policy and procedure.
• Provide training and schedule creation for staff.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and address underperformance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and monitor quality, productivity and safety.
• Serve as the main contact for employee concerns or time-off requests.
• Mentor employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
