Responsibilities include training and scheduling staff, evaluating performance, preparing reports for management, serving as a point of contact for questions or time-off requests, and mentoring employees to drive advancement.

• Starbucks experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Full-time hourly shift supervisor role.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
• Provide training and create work schedules for staff.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers and address underperformance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure quality, productivity and safety targets are met.
• Act as the contact person for employee questions or time-off requests.
• Mentor employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
