Starbucks Coffee Company in Phoenix is seeking a Shift Supervisor who leads with craft and heart, guiding a small team to deliver high-quality beverages and food while maintaining a warm, welcoming store atmosphere for our community.

You will coach partners, ensure accurate cash handling, uphold safety standards, and execute coffeehouse operations with efficiency during busy shifts. This role values teamwork, quick learning, and strong communication to build lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position requiring constant interaction with customers.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating two or more employees.
• Ability to maintain store policies, quality beverages/food, and cash handling with or without accommodations.
• Must be punctual with regular attendance and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift with craft and heart to create a welcoming space for the community.
• Prepare and coach preparation of beverages/food to standard recipes and customer customizations.
• Delegate tasks and coordinate two or more employees during shifts.
• Ensure cash handling, store safety, and security standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build relationships with customers.
