Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader for a Taco Bell franchise in the Town of Owego area. You will help run shifts, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail, basic PC literacy, and strong math/analytical skills. Must be 18+, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and willing to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills with basic business math and accounting.
• Must have reliable transportation and ability to stand/walk and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Run great shifts in a self-sufficient manner to support the RGM.
• Take ownership of problems, seek help when needed, and guide others.
