Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader for a Taco Bell franchise in Utica, NY. You will support the Restaurant General Manager by running great, self-sufficient shifts and ensuring smooth operations.

The role requires 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, basic computer literacy, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 80% of the shift. We offer PTO, health insurance, 401(k) with company matching, and tuition assistance among other benefits.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skill
• Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing during 80% of shift time
• Background checks are run on all management employees
• Must have reliable transportation
