Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group, a Taco Bell franchisee, is seeking a Shift Leader to support daily operations in Auburn, NY. You will run shifts, ensure guest satisfaction, manage team performance, and take ownership of problem solving under the guidance of the RGM.

Candidates should have 1–3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility, basic computer skills, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand most of the shift.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility
• Basic computer literacy
• Age 18+
• Basic business math and analytical/decision-making skills
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand 80% of shift
• Background checks are run on all management employees
• Reliable transportation required
