Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group in the Town of Brunswick, NY, seeks a Shift Leader for Taco Bell franchise operations. You’ll support the RGM by running great shifts in a self-sufficient, problem-solving way, taking ownership and guiding teammates through peak service moments.

Requirements include 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility, basic PC literacy, being at least 18, strong math/analytical skills, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Background checks are run on all management employees.
• Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing during 80% of shift time.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

• Run great shifts in a self-sufficient manner and support the RGM.
• Take ownership and responsibility to solve problems; seek help when appropriate.
• Be willing to provide help and guidance to others during shifts.
