Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader for a Taco Bell franchise in New York. You will support the RGM by running great shifts in a self-sufficient manner and take ownership to solve problems while guiding team members.

We seek someone with 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, basic math and computer skills, and a can-do attitude. You must be 18+, able to lift 50 lbs, and pass background checks. Flexible scheduling offered.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility
• Basic personal computer literacy
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skill
• Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing during 80% of shift time
• Background checks are run on all management employees
• Must have reliable transportation
