Applegreen is seeking a motivated Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations across our busy travel plaza network. You will oversee team members, ensure fast, friendly service, and uphold brand standards and food safety.

You will train new hires, manage opening/closing tasks, handle cash following procedures, and resolve customer concerns while maintaining a clean and welcoming plaza environment. This role offers flexible schedules and comprehensive benefits as part of our commitment to

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Able to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Consistently provide friendly customer service by engaging with travelers and resolving complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists per company policies.
• Operate the POS system, process payments, and follow cash handling procedures.
• Ensure proper food handling, wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, and temperature checks.
• Assist in training new team members and maintain brand standards and procedures.
• Inform plaza leadership of observations, concerns or problems as they arise.
