Domino’s Pizza in Washington, DC is seeking a team member to assist in daily oversight, coordination and execution of objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, customer service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation.

Delivers excellent service, product and image standards to maintain high customer satisfaction. You will greet customers, take orders, support shift management, manage cash, and help with inventory and labeling in a bustling environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass applicable Company background checks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills as needed in interactions with management and customers.
• Superb ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Capacity to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen; take orders over the counter or phone.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership support to the Manager on Duty (MOD).
• Maintain high standards of customer service during high-volume, fast-paced operations.
• Greet customers in person or via phone and take orders professionally and promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat customers and relay menu info and specials.
• Assist management with inventory control, stock ordering and scheduling coordination.
• Master POS for automated order taking and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Adhere to quality standards, food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Cross-train and coordinate scheduling with team members for seamless service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
