Job summary

Domino’s DC area location seeks a dedicated team member to assist in daily operations, oversee customer service excellence, and support shift leadership. You will take and process orders, manage cash transactions, and help maintain food quality and cleanliness.

Applicants should be capable of multitasking in a fast-paced setting and possess strong communication skills to interact with customers and management. Training provided for POS systems and daily duties.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership support to the Manager on Duty (MOD).
• Maintains high standards of customer service during high-volume operations.
• Communicates clearly with management and team members.
• Gree ts customers in person or via phone and takes orders promptly.
• Provides excellent customer service to encourage repeat customers.
• Hel ps support shift management and assigns daily tasks.
• Oversees pre-close functions and ensures quality standards.
• Handles cash management and processes reports.
• Adheres to waste tracking and cost control procedures.
• Up-sells additional products where appropriate.
• Masters Point of Sale (POS) systems for orders.
• Transfers supplies between storage areas and displays.
• Packs, weighs and labels products as required.
• Ensures supervisor is aware of shortages and maintains cleanliness.
