Job summary

Domino’s is seeking a team-oriented associate to support daily operations, drive customer service excellence, and help manage high-volume shifts in a fast-paced environment in Alexandria, VA. Qualifications

Ability to pass applicable Company background checks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in interactions with management and customers.
Strong multitasking ability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Able to follow instructions, enter orders accurately, and handle cash responsibly.
Ability to lead the team on duty and coordinate scheduling.

Responsibilities

Provides leadership support to the Manager on Duty.
Maintains high standards of customer service during high-volume operations.
Greet customers in person or by phone and take orders promptly and professionally.
Oversees cash handling, counts registers and processes daily reports.
Assists with inventory control and stock ordering.
Prepares pizzas and menu items, reads order slips and follows specifications.
Ensures food safety, cleanliness and sanitation per guidelines.
Cross-trains and coordinates scheduling with team members.
