Job summary

Domino’s Pizza in the Washington DC metropolitan area is seeking a Store Supervisor to assist in daily oversight, coordination and execution of goals in sales, costs, employee retention, customer service, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation.

You will lead the team on duty, ensure customers feel welcome, supervise food preparation to brand standards, assist with opening/closing, scheduling and labor cost control, and support managers with training and operations.

Qualifications

• Pass applicable Company background checks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills when interacting with management and customers.
• Strong multi-tasking ability.
• Ability to lead the team on duty and work independently or with a team.
• Proficiency to handle cash and make accurate monetary changes.

Responsibilities

• Oversees store operations in the absence of the General Manager.
• Ensures customers are welcomed and staff are responsive, courteous, and service-oriented.
• Maintains food quality and sanitation in accordance with brand standards.
• Assists in opening, closing and prep lists; participates in deliveries when needed.
• Manages scheduling and labor costs while supporting sales, service and cleanliness goals.
• Provides training and feedback to team members and communicates with management.
