Job summary

Shake Shack in Niagara Falls, NY is seeking a restaurant leader to manage the flow of service, direct a shift team, and ensure safety, cleanliness, quality and speed. You will help build a high performing hourly team, participate in interviews, and assist with operations like purchasing and inventory while receiving mentorship, training, and growth opportunities in a fast, inclusive environment.

Starting hourly rate is $21.00–$25.00 with an extra $2/hour for shifts after midnight; we offer

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team.
• Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead high performing team of hourly Team Members.
• May assist with operational support functions (i.e. Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory, etc.)
• Participates in applicant interviews and assists with employee relations.
