HomeFirst in San Jose is seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to manage operations at the EIH Ferrari program. This full-time role includes supervising staff, ensuring compliance with service standards, and providing direct client services to support unhoused individuals.

Qualifications

• AA degree (or equivalent of 2 years of higher education) or three years of field experience in social services.
• Experience working with unhoused population.
• Sensitivity to the needs of unhouses individuals.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with the Program Manager to ensure service delivery standards are met.
• Responsible for the care, safety and supervision of program participants.
• Supervise workshops for participants on site.
