Job summary

Del Taco is seeking a Shift Manager to support store operations and a General Manager, driving an outstanding guest experience. You will lead a team, ensure quality, safety, and adherence to company policies during shifts.

Ideal candidates have supervisory experience in quick service and can train staff, manage cash and POS systems, and maintain a positive, professional restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in quick service restaurant environment with supervisory or leadership experience.
• Ability to read, write and speak effectively in English.
• Food Handlers certification may be required.
• Ability to stand and walk for approximately 95-100% of shift and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Supports General Manager in supervising team to deliver quality, guest service, and safety.
• Runs shifts and enforces company policies and procedures.
• Knows all work station functions and records necessary paperwork.
• Supervises 1 to 7 team members.
• Ensures compliance with laws and ethical practices.
• Supports GM in developing an Employer of Choice environment.
• Trains and develops restaurant staff.
