Crimson Cup Coffee & Tea is seeking a Supervisor for the Lewis Center Coffee House to lead daily operations, coach staff, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. The position emphasizes maintaining our coffee standard and fostering a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years customer service experience in hospitality or retail industries.
• Specialty coffee/tea lover with a desire to learn and expand industry knowledge.
• Solution-oriented, positive and thrives on overcoming obstacles.
• Loves to 'Focus on Good,' isn't deterred by challenges or unexpected setbacks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated to achieve results.
• Able to multitask with efficiency and urgency.
• Reliable transportation, punctual for all shifts and meetings.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds.
• Ability to work largely standing, moving, bending and reaching.
• Comfortable with wearing a headset, per drive-thru operations.

Responsibilities

• Model and coach teammates to provide uplifting customer experiences.
• Create specialty coffee beverages to company standards.
• Ensure baristas continually create specialty coffee beverages to company standards.
• Affinity to stay on top of industry trends and product innovations.
• Execute and oversee store opening and closing tasks to company standard.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and food-safe store environment.
• Shares coffee knowledge with customers in a way that encourages an approachable conversation about specialty coffee.
• Maintain positive and professional environment, ability to teach and train baristas.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a timely and uplifting manner.
• Support inventory management, as assigned.
• Support professional development of store team / talent plan.
