Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
• Meet store policies including quality beverages/food, cash handling, safety and security with or without accommodations
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach team members to prepare beverages and food to standard recipes
• Direct work assignments and coordinate tasks of two or more employees
• Ensure customer satisfaction through attentive service and effective communication
