• Execute and oversee store opening and closing tasks to standard.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and food-safe store environment.
• Share coffee knowledge with customers to encourage conversations.
• Maintain positive, professional environment and train baristas.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly and positively.
• Support inventory management and talent development.
• Ensure proper cash management.
