Job summary

Firehouse Subs - CarlisleSubs, LLC is seeking a shift supervisor responsible for the profitable operation of a designated shift under the General Manager. You will supervise staff, ensure guest satisfaction, uphold standards, and implement company initiatives.

Responsibilities include compliance with health and wage regulations, enforcing policies, training new hires, and maintaining profitability through controllables and labor management.

Qualifications

• Ensure compliance with health, hour and wage, age restrictions, fair employment practices, ADA and related regulations.
• Enforce Firehouse Subs® Policies and Procedures.
• Drive profitability through food cost, labor, controllables, utilities and sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Fully accountable for profitable operation of a specific shift designated by the General Manager.
• Lead restaurant team to meet standards of guest service, quality and cleanliness.
• Assist GM with coordinating and implementing current operations game plans and initiatives.
• Participate in interviewing, hiring, training and disciplining employees under GM guidance.
• Ensure required programs, reports and legal documents are accurate and on schedule.
• Represent Firehouse Subs® professionally and engage with company initiatives.
• Communicate issues to the GM/Owner that may impact the business.
• Work on their feet for up to 13 hours; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Perform any other duties assigned by GM/Owner.
