Job summary

Braum's is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Midwest City, OK. The role leads store crew, ensures strong customer service, and drives sales across Braum's food service, grocery and fountain operations.

The candidate will coach staff, monitor inventory and uphold safety and cleanliness standards while supporting Braum's brand values. The position requires at least one year of experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• Retail experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Monitor inventory, supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.

Shift Supervisor Restaurant - Food Service Supervisor - Management

Position: Shift Supervisor

Minimum Experience: 1 year

Shift: 5:30 am - 3:00 pm

Hourly Compensation: $14.50 - $15.00 (annually $35,500 - $37,000)

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.

Work Schedule:

Work days vary based on a rotating 3 week schedule with an expected 45 hour work week.
