Job summary

Braum's in Parsons, KS is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead restaurant operations on a 5:30 am to 3:00 pm shift. Pay is $14.50–$15.00 per hour, about $35,500–$37,000 yearly, with room for advancement.

You will coach the crew, maximize sales through customer satisfaction and food quality, oversee food service, grocery, and fountain operations, and monitor inventory and safety.

Qualifications

• Retail experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have valid Driver's License.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

Minimum Experience:

Shift:

5:30 am - 3:00 pm

Hourly Compensation:

$14.50 - $15.00 (annually $35,500 - $37,000)

Shift Supervisor's role:

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.

Work Schedule:

Work days vary based on a rotating 3 week schedule with an expected 45 hour work week.
