Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and performance. You will lead the store staff when there is no manager onsite, ensure opening and closing procedures are completed, and maintain a high level of customer service and confidentiality.

You will work with a diverse team to greet customers, answer questions, and resolve issues while promoting CVS customer service culture.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and analytical skills are required.
• Strong communication and supervision abilities.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, overnights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when managers are unavailable, ensuring smooth operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer questions and issues.
• Coordinate opening and closing procedures and maintain store standards.
• Supervise and direct store crew, communicating with management.
