Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor in Mountain View, CA to support store operations and customer service excellence. You will lead the store in the absence of a manager and ensure opening/closing procedures are followed.

Responsibilities include supervising crews, merchandising, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining confidentiality while providing a welcoming shopping experience. 29 hours per week with benefits.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning, analytical skills, and computer skills required.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills expected.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, overnights, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage store staff in the absence of a manager and ensure opening/closing procedures.
• Lead store executions, supervise crews, and communicate with management.
• Assist customers, resolve questions/complaints, and uphold CVS service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and maintain displays and inventory.
