Job summary

PLS is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Los Angeles to lead store operations and deliver outstanding customer service. You will support the Assistant Store Manager, supervise team members, and ensure compliance with policies while driving sales and store performance.

Ideal candidates bring at least one year of management experience in retail/financial services and possess strong communication, integrity, and a commitment to a high-energy team environment.

Qualifications

• One year of management experience in hospitality, financial services, retail or restaurant
• Ability to engage with customers
• Ability to develop positive relationships with customers
• Desire to exceed corporate initiatives and inspire excellence in a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Maintain exemplary customer service and build relationships with customers
• Establish a strong customer service culture in the store
• Support the ASM in implementing strategies to meet store goals
• Motivate and develop store team members to exceed customer expectations
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Supervise team in the absence of the Store Manager and handle transactions/cash handling
