Job summary

CVS Pharmacy in Warwick, RI seeks a part-time Shift Supervisor to support store management, drive daily operations, and uphold exceptional customer service. In the absence of a manager, you lead the team to ensure opening and closing procedures are completed and the store runs smoothly.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, resolving issues, merchandising, pricing and inventory tasks, and maintaining a welcoming, safe shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and analytical skills required.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, overnights and weekends.
• Retail supervision experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in absence of manager to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist customers and uphold CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage displays and inventory.
