Key responsibilities include addressing customer concerns promptly, guiding Team Members with constructive feedback, and maintaining open communication with Restaurant Management to ensure a safe and welcoming dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant General Manager by running great work shifts and meeting Taco Bell standards.
• Ensure Team Members complete all assigned duties and serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner.
• Make the restaurant a safe place for Team Members to work and customers to visit.
• Shift Lead behaviors include solving customer complaints quickly and with a smile, providing feedback, and communicating openly with management.
