Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking someone to support the Restaurant General Manager by running efficient work shifts and upholding the brand standards. You will help ensure that Team Members complete their duties and that customers are served safe, quality food in a friendly atmosphere.

You will also contribute to maintaining a safe work environment for Team Members and a welcoming dining area for guests, while modeling positive communication with the leadership team.

Qualifications

• Support the Restaurant General Manager by running great work shifts and meeting Taco Bell standards.
• Ensure Team Members complete all assigned duties while serving safe, quality food in a friendly manner.
• Create a safe place for Team Members to work and for customers to visit.

Responsibilities

• Solve customer complaints quickly and with a smile.
• Provide feedback to Team Members in a positive manner.
• Communicate openly and honestly with the Restaurant Management team.
• Follow cash, security, inventory and labor policies and procedures.
