Job summary

MFA Petroleum Company in Lexington, Missouri seeks a Break Time Shift Leader to assist in store management and daily operations, including reporting, banking, inventory, and customer service. You will supervise shifts, support food service and safety, train new staff, and help meet sales and controllable-expense goals while upholding store policies.

The role requires 18+ with flexible availability, good math skills, valid driver’s license, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Friendly, customer service-oriented person for a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance with transportation to bank.
• Flexible availability including all shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to perform math calculations and count products.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and greet customers.
• Assist in store operations including reporting, banking, inventory, and upkeep.
• Support merchandising, promotions, and accurate pricing.
• Supervise shifts, train new employees, and enforce policies.
• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and staff.
• Understand store finances and help meet sales and expense goals.
• Assist in recruiting and teamwork to meet regulatory requirements.
• Operate POS systems and other technology; perform shift reports.
