Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in La Habra, CA is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support store operations and drive customer service excellence. You will lead staff when managers are away, ensure opening and closing procedures are completed, and help sustain daily store performance.

You will collaborate with management and crews to maintain a welcoming store environment, manage scheduling flexibility, and uphold CVS customer service standards while focusing on accuracy and safety in every task.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Management: Supervise store crews and coordinate with store management to ensure smooth operations.
• Customer Service: Assist customers, resolve questions, problems and complaints while maintaining a positive shopping experience.
• Merchandise/Presentation: Price, stock, and reset displays and departments according to promotions and plans
