Canteen is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor for the GE Gas Turbines location at 300 Garlington Rd, Greenville, SC 29615. This role supervises associates during a shift, ensures policy and procedures are followed, and works 6:00 am to 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities include training and scheduling staff, evaluating performance, preparing reports on quality, productivity and safety, serving as the point of contact for employee requests, mentoring, and performing other duties as

• Evaluating performance, rewarding high performers and disciplining when needed.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management focusing on quality, productivity and safety.
• Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
