Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees
• Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers
• Follow store policies and standards including cash handling and safety

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations and maintain a welcoming store atmosphere.
• Coach and delegate tasks to team members.
• Ensure quality beverages and food per recipes.
