Qualifications

• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Available to work flexible hours: mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, holidays.
• Meet store policies, quality beverages/food, cash handling, safety.
• Six months experience in customer-facing role.
• Prepare and coach beverages/food per standard or customized recipes.
• Six months experience delegating tasks and coordinating two+ staff.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of others and ensure smooth store operations.
• Coach and delegate tasks to team members during shifts.
• Prepare beverages and foods to standard recipes or customer requests.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and customer service standards.
