Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor to lead with craft and heart, creating a welcoming space for the community. You will oversee beverage and food preparation to standard recipes and coach associates to deliver consistent service.

You will manage shift operations, ensure safety and cash controls, and collaborate with partners to meet store goals while supporting a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Regular attendance and punctuality with or without accommodation.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Adhere to store policies and standards for quality beverages, food, cash handling, safety.
• Six months experience in customer-facing roles.
• Six months experience delegating tasks to multiple employees.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of team members and coordinate tasks during shifts.
• Prepare and coach beverage and food preparation per standard recipes.
• Maintain quality, safety and service standards during busy periods.
• Support training and development of junior staff.
