Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating the tasks of two or more employees.
• Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages and foods to standard recipes or customized for customers.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of others and coordinate tasks of team members.
• Maintain quality beverages and food products while following store policies.
• Assist in cash handling, safety, and security adherence as part of daily operations.
