Qualifications

• Regular attendance and punctuality, with or without accommodation.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Adhere to store policies; maintain quality beverages/food, cash handling, safety.
• Six months' experience in a customer-facing role.
• Prepare beverages/food to standard recipes or customer customization.
• Six months' experience delegating tasks to others.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of others and delegate tasks among staff.
• Lead with craft and heart to create a welcoming Starbucks space.
• Ensure quality beverages and food per standard recipes and customer changes.
• Provide effective oral communication and teamwork within the store.
