Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company seeks a shift supervisor to lead daily operations in a welcoming, community-focused store. You will coach teammates, ensure quality beverages and food, manage customer requests and maintain store standards.

The role requires flexible availability and at least six months of customer-facing and supervisory experience, with a commitment to great guest experiences and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Attends work regularly and punctually, with accommodations as needed.
• Able to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Follows store policies for quality beverages/food, cash handling, safety and security.
• Six months’ experience interacting with customers and fulfilling requests.
• Has delegated tasks to others for at least six months.
• Able to prepare beverages/food to standard recipes or customer customizations.
