Qualifications

• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality with or without accommodation.
• Available for flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Meet store policies including quality beverages/foods, cash handling and safety.
• Six months’ experience interacting with customers and fulfilling requests.
• Six months’ experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of beverages/food to standard recipes or customer customizations.
• Direct and coordinate tasks of team members and delegate as needed.
• Ensure cash handling, safety, and security procedures are followed.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming store environment.
